Contribution to the Learning of Others

I have very much enjoyed learning and growing through this semester with all of my classmates in EDTC 300. Overall, I tried to participate and contribute to the learning of others to the best of my abilities. Although, looking back, I could have interacted with other’s weekly blog posts better. I found myself gravitating to and posting more meaningful responses/comments to other’s learning posts.

I checked the class Discord Group as often as I could remember but found that there were many problems I did not have the knowledge to help with!

Below is a screenshot of a message I sent to try to help Dalin find ways to start learning Spanish, which was his learning project for this class.

A comment of mine was where I tried to help a classmate get started on learning Spanish.

I also found myself gravitating to comment on both Alyssa’s and Jerico’s learning posts because they were both learning crocheting. In a different class in the Fall 2022 semester, I had a similar learning project and chose crocheting for that. So I was using my prior knowledge on how to start to learn to crochet and tips and tricks with that to try to help Alyssa and Jerico in their learning projects. Below are pictures of comments I left on their blog, as well as the link to the specific blog I commented on in case you want to check it out.

Finally, I wanted to highlight a comment on one of my own blog posts and my reply to that comment to help demonstrate how I attempted to contribute to other’s learning.

Overall, I did my best in trying to contribute to the learning of others throughout the course of this semester and EDTC 300. I also wanted to thank all my classmates, Katia, and everyone who has helped me to learn and grow throughout the semester!
