I have spent the last eight years pursuing my dream of becoming an elementary school teacher through different employment opportunities. I have been a teachers assistant in both the Catholic and public school divisions in Lloydminster. While being a teachers assistant I helped run the after school day program at the french emersion Catholic school. I also recently spent two years working full time at a group home for people with mental and or physical disabilities. All of these experiences taught me how to better myself not only as a person but also helped shape the idea of what my goal is to be when I become a teacher.
