My name is Avery LeClaire, and this website is a place to see all of my professional development as I pursue my degree in Education.

I was born on September 1, 2000. I currently live in Regina, Saskatchewan where I have lived my whole life. I am the oldest of eleven siblings with one adopted brother diagnosed with FASD and another foster brother on the autism spectrum. I am currently pursuing a degree in Education with a major in Social Studies and a minor in English, and even further down the road, I am hoping to pursue Archaeology. I love travelling and I have been fortunate enough to travel around Canada, The United States, and a handful of European countries such as Germany and Switzerland. I believe that travelling is one of the best ways to learn. I am also very interested in history, primarily in Canadian and American history.

I believe that learning about the past is one of the best ways to affect our future. My interest in history started on a school trip to Banff. Being in that environment made me reflect on the lives of others in the past and the present. It started as a small thought, but the seeds were planted which led me to where I am today.

When I am not working on schoolwork or work in general, I enjoy hanging out with friends and producing music.
