Chole kulche and Bhel Puri are the best, most famous, and eaten dishes in India. Originally, it was a street food dish, but nowadays people can eat it as a starter or evening snack before dinner. It is a comfort food for those who like to eat spicy food. I had many childhood memories with the Chole Kulche and Bhel Puri. I remember eating these two dishes for the first time during my school days, and at that time, I used to get a big portion for a small amount. Every time, my brother and I would save our pocket money and enjoy these dishes. I really miss those days. So this week I made chole kulche and bhel puri in my kitchen, and it was my wonderful experience.
