Being active, healthy and developing a scheduled routine has been a goal of mine for years; it is something I’ll continue to work on and further get better at.
So, how did I do this semester?
I learned to prep meals, make workouts, share about my fitness life, and honestly just enjoy working on a skill that’ll be beneficial to me in the future.

Conclusion
I came into the project scared and a little unsure of what I wanted to do. Taking up something I had longed for and forced myself to complete was a plus side. I definitely plan to keep up my journey, but I don’t plan to continue sharing it online. I found sharing online a little difficult because I didn’t know how I felt about being judged for something I am still learning. Though this project has helped me quite a bit and my classmates were amazing at replying and commenting on my blog. They also encouraged me and I tried to do the same for them.
I don’t plan on continuing to share my meal preps but perhaps learning a new skill is helpful when sharing online, as sometimes a pro might hop in and lend some amazing pointers to get you going. Now, what will my next skill to learn be…
