Instructional Planning

Some ideas that I have acquired, from my ‘Field Experience’, are: Preparing lessons 15 minutes before class starts, interacting with the students while they learn, search for weaknesses and strengths among the individual students, and finally, understand the significance and diversity of the whole educational environment, teachers, secretary, janitors, etc….

Who am I? My name is Brandon Ryan and I am an aspiring teacher. I was an English major in high-school, and I was pretty good at math too. I do have a babysitting certificate; I babysat a lot when I was a teenager.

Educational Philosophies

Some personal beliefs that I have about education, is that I believe in learning for all, writing and reading for all, education for all, academic and personal confidence building within the classroom, freedom of choice, social and personal change, personal and individual freedom, social and academic independence, the pursuit of happiness in life and academics, emotional motives for goals, patience and listening abilities for all, kindness for everybody, community compassion and participation, empathy for others, social and legal justice, and finally, creativity.

My philosophy is to create a strong, empathetic,  understanding, professional, and equal relationships with everyone.
