Who Am I?

I am Brooke Sali, a fourth-year Education student at the University of Regina on my journey to becoming a high school teacher. I am from a small town a half an hour outside of Regina. My younger sister, Bailey, means the world to me. I hope to make education a better place for students like her.

One of my greatest passions in life is music. Music has helped me through all of the losses I have experienced in life. I feel that my experiences with grief and loss will help me to become a caring, empathetic teacher who may be able to help others in a similar situation someday.

Extra-curricular activities and school spirit events were a big part of my life in school. Every day they gave me something to look forward to. I am excited to make this happen for my students when I become a teacher.
