We always want to help others, but to do that we must help ourselves first.

All mental health resource documents are from the University of Regina, and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation.

As we learnt within the presentation with Patrick Maze, the STF standards demand teachers display honesty and integrity. Part of this includes being honest with yourself, and understanding where you are at with your mental health.
