Hi! My name is Carys Moffatt. I was born and raised in Weyburn, Saskatchewan and moved to Regina to attend the University of Regina for Elementary Education. My employment background shows my love for children as I’ve worked both as a cheerleading coach for 2-12 year-olds and as an Inclusion camp leader for ages 6-12!
In elementary and high school I did competitive cheer and dance. Hip hop and jazz were my favourites! I was also part of my high school’s jazz band and musical theatre performances. My hobbies include baking, music, writing, and watching movies!
I love animals! I have two cats (Theo and Alice) and hope to one day get some dogs as well (a dachshund or two and a rottweiler)! Hopefully my partner doesn’t care about dog and cat hair!
My personal motto is “Be Kind,” inspired by my grandmother Patti and her unwavering kindness.
