My experience at the Regina Huda School has been nothing short of amazing. Thinking back to when I was placed, I was nervous for my first day. Upon arrival many students and staff members were extremely welcoming. This made me realize I had nothing to be nervous about. I have had the opportunity to complete solo lesson plans, co-lesson plans with my partner, and put them into action with the grade 7’s. As well as numerous opportunities to assist students with classroom content that they have been working on. The experience has taught me many lessons involving being able to communicate with students, being prepared through lesson planning, and how to run a classroom in an efficient and effective way. While I have learnt many things during my time at the school, I still feel there is room for improvement as there always is. I am excited to take the next step on my education journey, wherever that might take me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at the Regina Huda School.
