As a white settler I recognize that I am situated, learn, and teach on the territories of the Nêhiyawak, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. I recognize the importance of the Treaties and am committed honouring them within my everyday life and teaching career.
