This one is a tough one for myself. This website/app i’m using is sort of a only app needed. Before I used this app I went through my kitchen and measured out all the dimensions of the kitchen.
If there was an online source that I used for this part of my learning project, I would say it would be pinterest. I went onto pinterest and researched some different ideas for the style, for the countertops, where I should move the existing lighting too, and many other things, Pinterest Kitchens Renos.
An interesting take away I have from this project so far is, I’m basically doing a research project with different syles, layouts, materials for a reno project. If im honest this is probably my favorite research project I have ever done. The idea that as I’m doing these blog posts, my project is going from nothing and I get to watch it shape together. It’s interesting having a vision but starting with nothing. Now, as the weeks go on I get to watch my project (and kitchen) take shape, and my vision is coming to life.
