I believe in people.

I believe people can lift you up or tear you down.

I believe you benefit from people regardless.

I believe in living alongside one another.

I believe a sense of belonging is not felt enough these days.

I believe in recognizing truth.

I believe in practicing reconciliation.

I believe mental health matters.

I believe grades don’t have to be numbers on a report.

I believe there is no smartest person in the room.

I believe everyone should be accommodated for good reasons, not excuses.

I believe a classroom can be therapy, 

I also believe it can be hell for some.

I believe in organization and efficiency.

I believe in responsibility and accountability.

I believe in fulfilling tasks and obligations.

I believe everyone has their own pace.

I believe education holds the power to change society,

And I believe everyone deserves equal access to this power.

I believe in learning. 

Note: These beliefs are a developing outlook that will change as I go through life, but my core beliefs will remain.
