Students will not learn, if they do not feel safe, comfortable, respect and well understood. Meaning us as teachers need to take the time to develop relationships with our students early on and continue the development. On top of that as teachers we must meet the students where they are at, help them grow and develop from there. In other words students learn in different ways and at different pace.
