Physical Health Education Journal
The Physical Education Journal is comprised of many different articles that expand on all aspects of physical and health education. It is specified towards upcoming techniques and successful practices within the domain of fitness, healthy living, physical activity/education, teaching technics and lesson plans. This journal will help me expand my ways of thinking by looking at ideas and techniques from other educators.

The European Physical Education Review is an international journal that covers many topics within the field of physical education. Some key point includes sport, leisure issues, and research. Contributions to this journal are made from all over the world, giving readers a broad perspective of physical education in different cultures. I will use this journal to gain a better understanding of physical education, and how it is taught worldwide.

Journal of Teaching in Physical Education
Journal of Teaching Physical Education is a journal that focuses on peer-reviewed research articles about all different levels of physical education. Articles are based on classroom studies, laboratory studies, survey studies, and many different research techniques. This journal will allow me to observe different studies taking place in the field of physical observation, and gain a better understanding of newer physical education practices.

The Socioecological Educator: A 21st Century Renewal of Physical, Health, Environment and Outdoor Education
This book focuses on teaching the skills and understanding needed to overcome the difficulties within teaching physical education. It focuses on outdoor education, health, physical activity, and connecting with the natural world. Not only does this book include methods of physical education, it helps readers face the social and environmental challenges found in the world of teaching. The outdoor education aspect of this book will be beneficial for me because I am planning on pursuing a minor in outdoor education.

Yoga with Adriene- Instructional Yoga Youtube videos
Title: Yoga with Adriene
These instructional Youtube videos are ten to twenty minutes long and are for many different skill levels. There are multiple videos posted weekly, with lots of information within each video. The instructor has good explanations, and I would be able to use different yoga explanations in my classroom or incorporate different videos into a lesson plan.

Adapted Physical Activity- Youtube channel
This Youtube channel has videos ranging from three to thirty minutes long with a variety of different physical education-related activities and adapted physical activities. All of the videos on this channel provide exercises for all different types of students and examples of the activities. The activities range from different physical education games and warm-ups to individual workouts for different types of training. This channel posts phys-ed videos weekly and will be a great resource for adapted physical education activities.

The PE Specialist- Youtube channel
This Youtube channel is run by an elementary school phys ed teacher, who shares different social activities and instructional lessons that can be used in an elementary school physical education class. There are many videos ranging from two to thirty-five minutes in length that give examples of different station work, technics in teaching body movement, and helpful tips for lesson planning. I would be able to use different activities that are posted on this channel, and see how this teacher explains different concepts to his students, using it as a reference.
