Teaching Philosophy and Manifesto

Topic Teaching Philosophy Manifesto
Pedagogy I believe… That pedagogy is unique to every teacher and over time the beliefs each teacher has will evolve over time. In my classroom, I will bring in a unique way to learn for students through pedagogy.
Assessment I believe… That assessment can be good for many students, but I personally think that some assessments are better than others. In my classroom, I will bring in assessment styles that work for students who may have different needs.
Social justice I believe… that social justice needs to be more prevalent and noticeable in order for equality and in order for students to feel safe. In my classroom, I will enforce social justice in different ways to bring more equality and safety as best as I can into the classroom.
Lifelong learning I believe… that creating lifelong learners is the goal of education and that every student will become lifelong learners in their own way. In my classroom, I will try my very best to make learning fun for students and make them want to become successful lifelong learners in whichever path they choose in life.
