My name is Heidi Spetz, and I am a first-year student at the University of Regina. I am currently taking the elementary education program for grades K–5. My future goal is to teach abroad after completing my degree.

My personality could be summed up as outgoing, as I love meeting new people and trying new things! One of my passions is to travel, and I hope to incorporate that into my future career as a teacher. When I’m not traveling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as they are very important to me. Going for drives, having meaningful conversations, and going on new adventures are just a couple things I like to do in my spare time.

I grew up in Swift Current, Saskatchewan with my parents and my 3 siblings. I am the youngest sibling of two older brothers and an older sister. Despite the age gap between myself and my siblings, we are all extremely close. Moving away for school has been a huge change, but I try to visit most weekends.
