I am Janaya Fraser and I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. I am currently in my first year of university and am 18 years old. I live with my two parents, John and Carla, and my older brother, Josh. I am so grateful for them and everything they do for me. They have given me a great support system as well as an amazing life. They have played a huge role in shaping me to be the person I am today. A few words to describe me would be that I am shy until you get to know me, friendly, helpful, caring and a very positive person. I love offering help to others as much as I can even if they don’t need it. I have some amazing friends who are always there to put a smile on my face and give me advice when it’s needed. I cannot express enough how much my family and friends affect my day to day life, and I will forever value them. I love to make people smile so when there is a chance to do so, I most definitely try to. My job at Boston Pizza, Sportchek, and as a lunchroom supervisor for a Grade 4 class at Hawrylak School keeps me with quite a busy lifestyle. While also taking 4 university classes it can be hard to find time for my friends and family or even for myself. But, I am very happy with the life I am living right now and have been managing my time fairly well. I love being around children which makes me quite certain teaching is what I want to pursue for the rest of my life. Down below will be a few photos of my family, friends, and me.
