My societal standing
I am Jasmine kaur. I am a female. I am born and grew up in India, which belongs to South Asian racial group. I belongs to Sikh religion which originated in the Punjab (region of Indian subcontinent) If I talk about ethnicity I believe in Punjabi traditions, rituals and culture because it is my birthplace, and I am influenced by it’s believes, accents and religious preferences. I have a good command on three languages (Punjabi, Hindi, English). I worked as an assistance professor in department of Botany and Environmental Sciences in the SGGSWU university in Punjab.
My family
I am living with my husband , adorable baby and my in -laws. We all together create a warm and close-knit family. My husband and I share the responsibilities of family and my in- laws fostering a sense of togetherness and support.
My hobbies
I like to find joy and learn something new from various activities. I have keen interest in painting which allows me to express my thoughts and emotion in the form of different shapes and beautiful hues. In the kitchen ,I explore the culinary arts and experimenting with different flavors and spices to make something new and delicious. Gardening is my outdoor sanctuary where I cultivate beautiful flowers, vegetables and fruits and keep in contact with nature.
Importance of education in my perspective
Education is systematic process which assist the students to develop abilities, skills and make them creative. It also requires teacher’s self reflection, students’ participation as well as feedback which makes the learners productive members of society. Moreover, it also addresses to treat everyone equal by serving same standard in term of resources.
The reason I aspire to be a teacher
I am very passionate and dedicated to assist the students to grow in life. My motivation includes a desire to make a positive impact on learner’s lives. Although the primary role of teacher is to providing education; however, I want to be a teacher who not only educate the students but also help them to reach their potentials by using different teaching strategies.
My inspiration
My father stands as my unwavering inspiration, his values shaping my character. He consistently encourages me to confront challenges fearlessly and tackle them with courage. My mother is always my supportive pillar, offering strength and guidance. In addition to this, my husband serves as a constant source of support and motivation. He always motivates and encourages me to pursue my goals.
