This week I wanted to change up my routine. Normally I wake up, grab a protein shake and I am off to school. I was curious if I could make something that filled me up and made me feel just as good as the premier protein shakes. The recipe I made this week was Energy Oatmeal Balls which included only 4 ingredients that was already found in my house hold (big win) and did not require any cooking (bigger win). Mushroom for improvement!
For my learning project I decided to focus on making recipes! Thought out the weeks I will be picking a recipe that I have never made before to improve my cooking skills. I am a 22 year old, that lives by herself and often survives off of ramen noodles and chicken strips.
