Personal Challenges

This section is where I want to improve myself and my well being. If someone is struggling outside of the workplace, then that means they are most likely struggling in it. For myself, I want to maintain myself as a healthy, productive person.

  • Challenge 1: Stay fit and workout
  • Challenge 2: Eat right and drink water often
  • Challenge 3: Let myself have fun
  • Challenge 4: Be okay with making mistakes
  • Challenge 5: Use the supports around me

I believe all of these things will help me to maintain a happy, successful life, as they all address different needs in myself as a person.
