I believe that every day that you are around people you are an educator. as a teacher, you don’t even have to wake up and go to school and teach children, you are still a teacher wherever you go in the community. whether it’s out at a supermarket or being a coach and taking a sports team to a different town for a tournament. You can always find a way to teach a lesson or be a role model somewhere out in society. Another big part I think most people don’t realize is that teachers need to make relationships with all kinds of people. You might have to teach different classes with a lot of different students and also the number of coworkers that you work with, everybody has a different personality so you’ve gotta remember all the information. although you need to have a personal connection with the people you work with and the students you teach. I feel it is important to have a professional personality that you are able to use when around the school and in the community.
