I attended Canora Junior Elementary School from Kindergarten to grade 4. I then moved onto the “big school,” Canora Composite School for grades 5-12, which I graduated from in June 2020. Due to COVID-19, my grade 12 year ended abruptly in March of 2020; however, some optional classes continued via zoom until June of 2020. Our small class of around 20 students were lucky enough to have an outdoor grad of 150 guests. We had a parade around the town, with ceremonies to follow at our community park.
Currently I am in my second year of university of a 5-year Secondary Education program which obtains a Bachelor of Education, and Bachelor of Science, specializing in mathematics.
