I was inspired by my friend Leanne Schappert to pursue a creative outlet in photography.  We worked together in a classroom setting and I was inspired by what an amazing teacher she is.  She started her side photography business and I went on to have her take our family pictures as well as my daughter’s wedding photos.  I received an older camera from another friend and went about taking pictures with it, some turning out ok and some definitely not.  I asked a few questions but have basically just been hoping for the best which hasn’t worked out so well haha.  I intend to learn the camera I have and the different settings in order to become a decent photographer. 

I need to learn the camera followed by some lessons on lighting, learning different lenses and their capabilities, and how to arrive at amazing photos!
