In ECS 203, I built a strong foundation in curriculum theory and explored how big ideas connect to real classroom practices. We looked at curriculum from philosophical and historical perspectives, and I learned how theory can shape the way we teach and support students. As part pf the course, we worked in groups to create mini-unit plans that connected Treaty Education outcomes and indicators with four areas of the Saskatchewan Curriculum.
