My name is Kallie Lumbard. I am originally from Lloydminster Sk, but am now living between Saskatoon and Regina while I attend university. I am in my fourth year of elementary education so things are starting to get real exciting. My parents always told me that university would fly by, I never really believed them but they were definitely right. 

  My biggest inspiration has always been my family.  I am the oldest of four kids and have always taken on that role seriously. I have one younger sister and two younger brothers. We always kept my parents busy as we were all in a wide range of different sports growing up. My main sport was swimming. 

I grew up with two teachers as my parents so school was always a priority in my household. All throughout my life they have truly been my greatest influences, my biggest cheerleaders, my support system, shoulders to lean on, and most of all my home. From the moment I was born, my parents have provided me with as many opportunities as possible and I can not begin to thank them enough. They have shown me the good in life and I want to give back and show others the good as well. This is the main reason I want to become a teacher.
