I believe that everyone has a right to learn the way they want/need (disability, ADHD, mental illness)
I believe doing is important instead of always lecturing/learning (for example experiments, getting outside)
I believe teachers should be open to change and that they should be able to change how they teach to suit each classroom/group of students they get
I believe in making your classroom a safe place for everyone/anyone
I believe in equity over equality
I believe teachers should be open but not just to change but how each student could be different in the ways of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, family, and anything else that could make them different
