About Me!

Hello Everyone! My name is Kenzie Behrns and I am currently enrolled in my third year of Secondary Education at the University of Regina.  I am majoring in General Science and minoring in Mathematics. I have always had a passion to be a teacher since I stepped into my first High School science class. I enjoyed the way I was taught throughout my entire high school experience which made me want to pursue a career in teaching high school students.

I was born and raised in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I have always loved Moose Jaw because it has such a small town feel with all the big city amenities. Family means everything to me. I have two loving parents and a younger brother who is my best friend. I am lucky enough to have both sets of my grandparents to still be alive. I go and visit them whenever I get the chance too. I grew up playing all kinds of sports and continue to still play many sports. My favourite sports are volleyball, basketball and hockey. During the winter months the only place you will find me is an outdoor hockey rink shooting pucks for hours. I am also very passionate about coaching. I love coaching high school girls sports teams because I know what it was like to play high school sports with an amazing coach.
