I think that as teachers, our responsibility is not only to teach students, but to guide them to find their passion, help them achieve their goals, and make them a better version of themselves.
The school should be a safe and welcoming place for students who are excited to participate and have the opportunity to engage in their own studies in the way that suits them best.
Because students spend most of their time in school, teachers have the greatest impact on students’ lives. Therefore, we have a responsibility to ensure that our impact is good and positive.
