Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

This week I made Honey Garlic Salmon Bites served with rice and roasted bell peppers. I found this recipe on a blog called Kitchen Substitute, which focuses on providing its’ users with various substitutes to use ingredients already in your pantry or to fulfil dietary needs.

Kitchen Substitute created a user friendly experience through:

  • providing additional prep, cooking, and substitution tips under the recipe
  • providing answers to frequently asked questions
  • providing information on food safety for ingredients and the final project
  • providing a printable version of the recipe

Overall, I found the cooking experience seamless, even when keeping track of the three different dishes. Before this week, my other two recipes required everything to be cooked in one pot. Therefore, it was a fun extra challenge making sure all the dishes were timed properly to be warm and ready to serve at the same time!

I shared this recipe with my family and they also enjoyed it! I was told to add it to my recipe library to make again! I was happy with my decision to add the roasted bell peppers to the meal, and I am looking forward to seeing what other dishes I can pair together next week!
