For this week’s progress video, I decided to use some footage that was actually shot in-studio during one of my classes by the owner, Rachel. She tends to sneak in from time to time and start recording a class to post in social media. In the past, I’ve never really been in the shot for a long time or you can’t see me because I’m behind someone else. As my confidence with rebounding has been growing, I find myself choosing to be in the front row more often.
This class was an intermediate level class and really challenged me. I am finding that my endurance has improved and the 45 minute intermediate classes are feeling more manageable. Also, when I know I’m being filmed I turn into a try hard no matter how tired I am. She ended up recording for the entire last song and I had no idea what clip she was going to use, so I was going all out for the entire thing! I swear I almost had a heart attack 🥵🥵🥵
I realized that it might be a bit unclear to see which person is me, so I tried out a new editing software called Adobe Express to highlight myself in the video. Watch the video below to see my rebounding progress!
Adobe Express Compared to Other Video Platforms I Used
- It was simple and easy to use!
- I wished it would allow me to upload directly to YouTube
- It wouldn’t let me keep my text and image in for only a short time
- Free! However, it had some premium features I couldn’t use
On a side note, I just finished my in-person challenge at Session and completed 25 classes in March!
Love the video! So nice to see everyone in action!
Wow, that’s incredible! It’s wonderful to hear that your endurance and confidence have increased; getting into the front row is a major accomplishment! Furthermore, it’s fantastic that you went all out even though you had no idea which footage will be u
Just noticed my comment got cut off! I wanted to add that you had no idea which footage would be utilized. Despite its drawbacks, Adobe Express seems like a useful editing tool.
