I haven’t quite perfected it, but I significantly improved from last week! For me, that is a win! The first image shows me finally getting it, then I proceed to make a design with the knot and I completely fail. I spent lots of time on this knot and finally, I was able to create a zig-zag. This stitch will help me in the future by creating a macramé wall hanging. This image is a completed berry knot with a row of double half-hitch…

In order for me to learn how to craft these macramé knots, I followed an online resource I found through Pinterest, which directed me to a blog called How To Macrame – The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide. Please check it out, it provides some great information! Let me dive in and share my experience…

Let’s Knot Panic – I’m Learning Macramé
Welcome to my EDTEC 300 Learning Project! I have decided to challenge myself by diving into the beautiful art of macramé knots. It can’t be that hard.. right? Hopefully, my string-based skills from knitting and crocheting will allow me to grasp the understanding of…
