Instructional Approaches

There are a various amount of teaching strategies that can be used in a classroom, however some may prove more effective than others. Because I am hoping to teach K-5, I have discovered that children can learn in a variety of ways. During my pre-internship, I had the opportunity to test some of these instructional strategies, as well as view new ones that my co-op teacher used in practice. • Interactive Learning
  • Using Manipulative’s
  • Modelled Readings
