Hi!
My name is Makenna Henry and I am 
an aspiring elementary teacher! I grew up in a small town in Manitoba and had great relationships with my teachers growing up, ones that inspired me to become a teacher myself! Over the years I have volunteered in daycares and taught swimming lessons. I have loved both so much and that also helped me pick teaching as my future profession. I have always wanted to do something fulfilling and fun. I also knew that helping kids in someway was something that was really important for me when choosing something I would want to do for the rest of my working life. I am super excited to see where my education journey takes me!
