Land Acknowledgement

I would like to first acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands, referred to as Treaty 4 Territory and that the city of Regina is located on Treaty 4 territory, the original lands of the Cree, Ojibwe (OJIB-WĒ), Saulteaux (SO-TO), Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. Along with this acknowledgement fits Treaty 2, the land where I was raised. My journey has begun and I recognize the land I am on is not mine and I am woking to better my relationship with the Treaty land. Please join me in the acknowledging the land you are on before continuing.
