Everybody deserves the right to an education
Education should be taught from every point of view involved
Having the desks so everyone faces each other creates an environment of togetherness
Having a teacher that sits with their students gets rid of the hierarchy
Having different seating options for children who struggle to stay focused in their regular chairs is helpful for them
Seating children beside the teacher to “keep an eye on them” is isolating that child and potentially harming their social status and emotional state
Having different ways of learning a subject is helpful for every kind of student that learns differently

A student’s mental health, physical health, and how they treat others is more important than their education
Having a personal, yet appropriate, connection with students is a very important part of being a teacher
