Hi everyone! My name is Morgan. I grew up in Unity, Saskatchewan, a small town. I will always be a small-town girl at heart. I love all animals. My absolute dream would be to live on an acreage and rescue all sorts of animals. I love meeting and connecting with new people and thrive on forming meaningful connections with those around me.
Although I do not have extensive educational technology experience, I have a general understanding and am a quick learner. This is my first class directly related to educational technology. That said, I created an ePortfolio on Edusites in one of my other classes during my first or second year of university! The refresher on how to set u a site was definitely needed, though!
I enjoy reading blogs if they are on a topic that interests me. I have been into cooking blogs lately. I think blogs are a great resource and can be used in various ways to spread information and knowledge. I also like that they can be informal, and you get an idea about the author’s personality through their writing. I don’t know how I feel about blogging myself, as I have never done it before. I will update my feelings toward it at the end of this class!
