And That’s a Wrap…

It is so crazy to me that the semester has already come to an end. Throughout the semester, I have primarily interacted with my peers by commenting on blogs. I thoroughly enjoyed following my classmate’s learning journeys. It was such a remarkable process to be a part of! Many various aspects of this course allowed for opportunities to interact with one another. I am going to discuss my contributions to each platform used.

I was an active participant during class time. I contributed my thoughts, ideas, and opinions during in-class activities and interacted with class discussions using Zoom’s chat feature. I thoroughly enjoyed our weekly classes, as conversations were often thought-provoking and allowed me to hear various perspectives and different people’s experiences with technology. Overall, I feel my contributions, specifically during breakout groups, added to the conversations and provoked thought.

Blog Comments:

Throughout the course, I contributed to my peers learning by commenting on their blog posts. I aimed for three comments a week, and I achieved that goal. Attached is a document with screenshots of my interactions throughout the course!

Class Discord:

I admit I slacked a little bit on the classroom discord chat. I often have my phone on Do Not Disturb (I should probably change that) and do not check Discord as frequently. It is not an app I typically use or put much thought into.  This resulted in me either completely missing messages in Discord or having the questions answered already when I opened the app. I did, however, introduce myself on Discord and responded when I caught a message soon enough or provided my insight when I felt it could be beneficial.

Here is my Official Learning Summary from the course!

    Hello Morgan,
I love your reflection on our class. It was nice to meet you and other friends at Zoom meetings. Your blogs are very interesting always and I have been commenting a lot on your post. I am happy that you have also participated in the Discord group where I did not get much time in the words I did not have any questions to ask. But I keep reading instenly once someone posts in Discord. This show your positive impact through the course and your growth. Wish you good luck. hope to see you soon in any other education classes.
