My educational philosophy is focused on prioritizing relationships first. As a teacher, I believe that building strong connections with students is essential. Once a mutual rapport is established, the rest will naturally fall into place. Rather than simply imparting information, we should focus on teaching students as individuals. This underscores the importance of understanding each student’s unique identity, needs, and interests so that we can tailor our teaching methods to maximize their learning experiences. I am a firm believer that every student is different, which means that we should not approach teaching in a one-size-fits-all manner. This is where differentiation becomes critical in ensuring the success of all students.
