Summer has been a favourite of mine since I was a child. Summer, I believe, is the season of happiness, joy, pleasure, and fun for many people, not just for me. Summer is a wonderful time, regardless of whether you are a teacher or a student. Summer in Regina seems to arrive later this year, but I can smell the grass, feel the breeze, and see cloudy skies. I hope everyone has a wonderful summer regardless of their age, gender, or occupation.

Many of us complain about the heat and are bothered by the sun rays during the Summer. However, when summer comes to an end and the signs of fall begin to appear, we lament the passing of that enjoyable time. On the day I took this photo in front of the University of Regina, I recall it being hot and I was nagging, as well as holding an ice cream. Now that it’s still cold outside, I look at the photo and think, oh, what a lovely time. Take note: Take advantage of the moments!
