Because EDIA-related issues are required for students, I am extremely pleased to announce that we have been running the EDIA committee again since October 2022, with students as members and me as the chair of this committee. Following this committee, I could lead the “EDIA and women problems in the workplace” round table and also co-host the “EDIA and health outcome panel discussion”. We have many interesting issues to discuss and numerous relevant challenges for students that concern the EDIA. The members explore how we may make the EDIA more powerful in diverse contexts by sharing their opinions and experiences.
The collaboration of student advocates and the advocacy team has made this work more effective. Thank you so much URSU for all the help!

I participated in Welcome Week in the Summer of 2022 as the vice president of external affairs at the University of Regina Student Union. We could design a terrific unforgettable fall welcome week for both newcomers students and other students as a team that included executives, an event and maintenance team, advocacy and communication members, and many many more teams and individuals. We make every effort to make it as entertaining as possible. I also proposed organizing URSU Got Talent, which was well received by students. We also arranged a movie night, a concert, and other activities. I believe that without teamwork, this vent would not have been feasible.
