The constant scrolling leads to unhealthy habits as people become addicted to it, especially the young ones, because their brain is still developing, but due to addiction towards social media their brain functioning is adversely affecting academic performance lower, mental disorders such as, anxiety, ADHD, and depression.

But, by trying to limiting the social media apps, by setting some boundaries while eating food, or at work can lesson the temptation to be online. We should try to limit the social media usage with small efforts as by going out to get some fresh air and stay off the phone with friends or in picnic at park will help our mental health and able to achieve the balance between social media activities and can do care of our mental health.
