First of all, I believe my responsibility is to support each student’s growth to the fullest and to the maximum by:
- extending a hand to all kids without prejudice and bias towards the “least ” among them
- making every child feel confident and good about him/herself through his or her experiences of success in the classroom.
I also believe that talking with others in a group setting helps students clarify, challenge, and express their ideas, which is why I support cooperative learning. Students can enhance their knowledge and expand their horizons by listening to their peers, as it provides them with fresh perspectives.
