Week 10: Fusion of Flavours- Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Parm Bites
For this week’s learning project I decided to make Mongolian beef and broccoli parmesan bites. I believe from what I researched that Mongolian beef originated in Taiwan by Chinese immigrants, I had never tried something like it before and found a simple recipe to follow off YouTube so I decided to try it out. The recipe has onion, garlic cloves, green onion, ground beef, seasonings, brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, olive oil, chilli pepper, and sesame seeds to add once plated. I had made some white rice to go with the beef as well.
For the broccoli bites I had found the recipe off of TikTok and I had cooked them in the air fryer. They were very easy and so good! below I have the documented process of both recipe’s!
