Talents are distributed equally, opportunity is not.

It is up to educators to give opportunities to those who are often denied them. It is critical that each person is afforded opportunities to succeed.

All people deserve to be offered an education.

Students who require supports to learn deserve to be offered them.

People know themselves best.

As teachers we cannot assume how people identify or feel about themselves and we cannot make decisions for them.
