My Personal Professional Development goals are as followed…

  • Providing wait time in class, leaving enough time for students to think and express in class
  • Using meaningful words and staying away from filler words such as, Like and Um
  • Continually asking important questions to reinsure understanding and engagement
  • Always looking for cross-curricular connections
  • I want to work on giving clear descriptions of tasks
  • I want to always have flow in my class and try to reduce lagged or dead time to keep a constant flow
