This week, I had the intention of making some vanilla cupcakes. Before preparing cupcakes, I first viewed a lot of different videos. I created a list of the ingredients I’ll need to make cupcakes because I don’t have perfect knowledge about baking. The act of baking is a way for me to express myself, in addition to being a clear means to an end (a baked treat). No matter how simple or beautiful the baked dish is, I make what I want to. Let’s look at the various components that can be used in cupcake recipes in place of eggs. A few examples of the numerous alternatives are apple sauce, mashed bananas, yogurt, buttermilk, and flaxseed. Each of these substances offers moisture, structure, and binding qualities that are comparable to those of eggs. We can find the ideal balance that ensures cupcakes are fluffy and delicious by experimenting with these options. Popular egg substitutes include apple sauce and mashed bananas. However, I used apple sauce to provide moisture and texture. instead of eggs. I used 1/4 cup of applesauce. I found out via the internet that these ingredients perform amazingly well in recipes for vanilla, chocolate, or even spice-based cupcakes.
The cupcakes had the perfect flavor. I adored the flavor combination of vanilla beans and vanilla extract. There isn’t a single thing I can think of to make these cupcakes better; they are my ideal interpretation of the ideal vanilla cupcake I whisked the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a sizable mixing dish. As a result, the dry ingredients are distributed evenly throughout the batter.
I put the vegan milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla essence together in another bowl. I follow that by whisking the wet components until they are thoroughly combined. I place the pan in the preheated oven and bake it for around 30 to 35 minutes. I take the baked cake out of the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan. It is then moved to a wire rack to finish cooling I decorated it with my preferred frostings after it has cooled,I topped the cupcakes with this incredibly delicious and decadent cream cheese frosting after adding fresh blueberries and strawberry frosting. Later, more berries are added on top. They came out beautifully.
I believe that baking an eggless cake does not entail sacrificing flavor or texture. We may make a delicious cake that will make taste buds sing if we use the correct components and methods. So gather your baking supplies, use this recipe, and let the sweet aroma fill your home as you make a delicious eggless cake that everyone will appreciate, regardless of their dietary preferences or way of life. Have fun baking!
Wow! I think your photo of the cupcakes looks better than the one from the recipe (I am assuming your picture is the one with you holding them in the car?). I will have to try this recipe! Good luck with your next baking adventure!
Looks amazing, Shivali! I can’t believe they have no eggs! What did you think of the video you used to learn to make these? I have found YouTube vids to be my best friend when working on my major project. However, I also found TikTok and Instagram to be excellent, and in some ways even better as I can quickly scroll through videos to find what I’m looking for without having to watch ads, like YouTube sometimes pushes. Have you tried using other platforms for your learning process?
Thanks for sharing Shivali. I really like your Vanilla Cupcakes. Even though I have never baked a cake at home But I really try it at home, when I have time. Easy to bake in fractions of a second. thanks
