When I first started my Field Experience I was shy and nervous. I was not one to step in and take the lead I have always been a quiet person who sits in the back and does not speak up. But by being thrown into the classroom I realized I can do it! I started to come out of my shell and have finally become comfortable around children and taking charge! I have also learned more by letting others critique my mistakes and correct me when I am wrong or ask for help when I am stuck!
