Hello! My name is Tina Khaveri, I was born and raised in Iran and I am currently living in Saskatchewan, “ land of living Sky”, I recently immigrated to Canada on my own and cannot help making new friends and learning more about amazing cultural differences!

This is my first semester at the University of Regina in the Secondary Education program, specializing in Mathematics. I was first inspired to pursue teaching during my volunteer experience while I was working as an engineer in my country. After that, I started my career in different schools which provided me rewarding experience through working with various talents and abilities.

A few words about me!

I am the one who always volunteers to help, My friends used to call me “ Ahanin” which in my mother –tongue is used to describe people who never give up! I love both reading and writing and one of my biggest dreams is publishing my stories, not in the distant future!
