I found this inspiration on pinterest. I thought the voice levels were a good idea because it will allow the students to see a visual of what their voice levels should be at and also be interactive. I also liked the idea of the "today's schedule" because it will make my classroom feel organized.

I believe that having a bulletin board of class jobs like the photo below is a cool idea because I remember loving having a responsibility for the week in the classroom when I was in elementary school.
